About Me

Singapore, despite being a tiny island, it is not uncommon to see signs that say “Landed Property for Sale”. If you steer your eyes towards areas like Siglap, Kembangan, Paya Lebar and Bukit Timah; you’ll see that outside the large number of high-rise residences – Singapore do have a good portion of land that are designated for landed properties.

Other than the aesthetics, amenities and structure of the house, there are several other factors which buyers of a landed housing should look out for. If you are not familiar with the landed houses segment, you could be looking at a bungalow/detached, semi-detached or terrace thinking that they are all similar.

The unique part about landed houses is that there is no two units that will be the same. Every house is different even if they are from the same developer and built at the same time. Each unit will have their own characteristics.

You can be looking at a bungalow/detached, semi-detached or terrace when keeping an eye out for landed property for sale. They each have their fundamental characteristics to them and be it for commercial or residential purposes, you must be sure to do your homework.
